Shipping policy
Destinations and costs
Standard shipping is free on orders of $100 USD or more after discounts. For orders below $100 USD, standard shipping costs $8 USD within the United States and $17 USD to our supported international destinations.
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. Address availability, shipping charges and applicable checkout taxes are shown before you place your order. International prices and thresholds may be displayed in your local currency.
Delivery estimates and tracking
Estimated standard delivery is 5–10 business days in the United States and 7–15 business days internationally. Please refer to the estimate shown for your order before checkout. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Holiday demand and customs clearance can cause delays. Order early for Christmas; an order placed in December is not automatically guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.
Tracking is provided when your order ships. Carrier tracking may take time to update after dispatch.
Shipment delays
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you, provide a revised shipment estimate, and offer any required choice between consenting to a delay and canceling for a full, prompt refund. We will not treat silence as consent where affirmative consent is required. Supplier, weather, or carrier problems do not remove your statutory cancellation or refund rights.
Address changes and delivery problems
Check your shipping address before ordering. Email hello@glowstoryshop.com immediately if it needs correction. We will make changes where fulfillment has not progressed too far. If an order has shipped, our return policy applies.
If a parcel is returned because of an incorrectly supplied address or because it was unclaimed, we will discuss options before charging an additional delivery fee. We will not automatically retain your entire payment.
For missing, damaged, or incorrect deliveries, email hello@glowstoryshop.com with your order number. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution under our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
