About these terms
These terms apply to purchases from Glowstory at glowstoryshop.com to the extent permitted by applicable law. Glowstory is based in Utah, USA. For questions or order assistance, email hello@glowstoryshop.com.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and any delivery charges are displayed before checkout. Review the product, color, quantity, address, and total before submitting an order.
If a material pricing, stock, or description error affects your order, we will contact you and offer the choice to proceed on corrected terms or cancel for a full refund. We will not charge a higher amount without your agreement. We may decline orders where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or unavailable stock. Payments for orders we cancel will be refunded promptly.
Product information and use
Refer to the product page for descriptions, compatibility information, and included accessories. Minor differences in how screens display color may occur; this does not excuse a product that materially differs from its description.
Follow the supplied manufacturer instructions for setup, charging, placement, and use. Do not use an ornament or charging accessory that appears damaged. Contact us for assistance. Keep independent backups of photos and videos used with the ornament.
Review any required third-party app and its compatibility requirements before purchasing. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. This does not remove our responsibility for product capabilities or compatibility we advertise.
Shipping, returns, and warranties
Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of the purchase terms. Express promises made at the time of purchase and mandatory legal rights remain applicable. We do not disclaim implied warranties or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any separately offered manufacturer warranty will be identified and made available before purchase where required.
Website and customer content
Do not misuse this website, interfere with its security, or submit content you have no right to use. Our original branding and website content may not be commercially reproduced without permission, except as permitted by law.
You retain ownership of your personal photos, videos, and other content. Sending content to customer support does not grant permission to use it in advertising. We will seek separate permission before using customer content in marketing. Nothing in these terms prevents honest reviews, complaints, or reports to regulators.
Responsibility and consumer rights
Each party remains responsible for losses for which it is legally liable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or personal injury where applicable law prohibits exclusion. These terms do not waive payment-dispute rights or mandatory consumer protections.
Resolving problems
Contact hello@glowstoryshop.com so we can try to resolve a problem. Contacting us is encouraged but is not a prerequisite to exercising legal rights. These terms do not require binding arbitration, waive class actions, or require use of a court that would deprive you of mandatory consumer protections.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy describes our handling of personal information. Updates to these terms apply prospectively. The terms and promises in effect when you placed an order continue to apply to that purchase unless you expressly agree to a lawful change.
