QUESTIONS
Good to know
Does it play video or show a still photo?
It plays your uploaded videos when turned on, and also supports photos. Your memories appear inside the clear domed front.
Why is the front clear in these photos?
The Christmas lifestyle images show the white ornament switched off. Its clear dome reflects the room around it. Watch the product videos above to see your memories playing when it is on.
Does it hang on the tree?
Yes. Hang it using the black cord and choose a sturdy branch. The product has a rounded rear shell and a thick clear front.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order early for Christmas gifting. Estimated delivery is 5β10 business days in the US and 7β15 business days to Canada, the UK and supported European destinations. Holiday demand and customs can cause delays, so a Christmas arrival date is not guaranteed. Standard shipping is free on orders of $100 USD or more after discounts; otherwise it is $8 US or $17 international.
